Yeastie Boys' Gunnamatta utilises judicious amounts of Earl Grey Blue Flower tea to generate an intoxicating floral and citrus aroma with the quenching dry finish of an ice tea. A truly unique new world India Pale Ale with a decidedly old world twist.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy and floral-leafy aroma, well integrated Earl Grey bergamot notes support citrusy notes of lemon and orange, a touch of lavender and viola; maybe the leafy notes are too smothering in the end. Taste is bitter and slightly citrusy hoppy, leafy, slightly floral, hints of bergamot, a touch of lavender and viola, some orange, disguised caramel malty basis is more supportive than discretely shining through. A tightrope walk permanently at risk to crash into the soapy bath salt abyss.

Tap at dBโ€™s. Clear golden little white head. Sweet malts, vegetal notes, sugariness, fruity and yeastie. Medium sweet light bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Bottle at home on the balcony in the sun. Slightly hazy very warm yellow golden brew with thin clear white head. Sweet fruitiness, orange, lemon, grapefruit, guanabana, light doughy, floweriness, daisy hearts, flower petals, grassiness. Light sweet, light bitter. Mostly dry and bit bitter finish (tea leaf dry bitterness). Some light gelliness in texture, under medium body. Average carbonation. Nice and refreshing, summer fruity feel. Nice!

Golden to orange in colour with thin, quick fading head. Swet citrus in the aroma. Particularly tangerine and some bergamot. Nice balance of sweet, bitter, tart makes it easy to drink. Fresh tasting with a light bitterness lingering on the tongue.
