Yeastie Boys' Gunnamatta utilises judicious amounts of Earl Grey Blue Flower tea to generate an intoxicating floral and citrus aroma with the quenching dry finish of an ice tea. A truly unique new world India Pale Ale with a decidedly old world twist.

Flesje gedeeld met Benzai op 6-12-15. Amberkleurig bier met wit schuim. Aroma en smaak is citrusachtig en kruidig. Prikkelend in de mond. Nasmaak is bitter en vloeit licht uit.

A clear rich golden colour with a medium sized white head. Floral, fruity citrus aroma, peach, bergamot and tea. A medium sweet fruity flavour, the Earl Grey comes through followed by a dry finish.

Bottle at home, thanks to James, 28/07/16. Golden orange with a decent off White head. Nose is Earl Grey tea, spice, papaya, herbal notes, grain, bread dough. Taste comprises floral notes, herb, bitter orange, spice, more Earl Grey twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, leafy hop bitterness in the close. Decent enough Earl Grey numero, fuck spice herb veg, more eye-pee-aye for me !

330ml bottle into shaker. Distant aroma of sweet tea and bergamot. Cloudy orange/copper beer with creamy white head. Taste is subtly tea-like but the finish is much more assertive. It’s long, tannic and dry. Occasional sweetness balances it nicely. Drinking this on a sunny Sydney winter Sunday listening to Paul Kelly. Very nice.
