Special brew for our friends at South West Silents celebrating Bristolian William Friese-Greene, a founding father of British film.
Golden, fruity and hoppy. A deliciously refreshing brew, unfined for yet more flavour from the suitably pioneering Rakau hops.
What’s in it:
Pale Maris Otter, Wheat, Caramalt, Crystal malts
Rakau (NZ) hops
water, yeast.

Cask-conditioned at the Victoria, Clifton Lido, 20/9/2016. GOlden and slightly hazy, with a decent, white, head. Tropical fruits aplenty, slightly spicy hops, crisp malts and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
