An award winning Oatmeal Stout with a twist. A hoppy bitter taste keeps the sweetness in check and allows for a great dark beer.

Cask. Pours an opaque dark brown with an orange hue and an off-white head. Burned malt in the nose with some vanilla. Medium body, burned malt, dried fruit and again sweet vanilla accents. Light malt bitterness. Well made. 200110

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 23/04/09. Jet back with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of cereal, chocolate and a touch of dark fruit. Flavours of porridge, milk chocolate and roasted malts, before a surprisingly hoppy finish. An English stout that stands out from the crowd in a positive way.
