Cask (handpump) @ Smithfield Hotel, 37 Swan St, Manchester, Greater Manchester England M4 5JZ.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, apricot, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, rubbery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily - sticky, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100122]
