Cask (handpump) @ Angel, 6 Angel Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester England M4 4BR.ABV 3.6%. Clear medium yellow orange color with a small average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, toffee, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100122]
