Le mélange des trois houblons utilisés dans cette Bière IPA artisanale lui apporte ses goûts et son odeur de fruits, ainsi que sa légère amertume. Historiquement l’Indian Pale Ale était une bière emportée sur les bateaux anglais qui partaient vers les Indes, on lui ajoutait du houblon dans les fûts afin de mieux la conserver. Cette technique aujourd’hui appelée « Dry Hopping » est restée et donne à cette bière son profil aromatique si particulier en faisant ressortir toutes les saveurs de fruits des houblons utilisés. Ingrédients : Eau, Malt d’orge, Houblon, Levure.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia.

Bottle at Restaurant Sol, Fondation Maeght, Saint-Paul-de-Vence
Hazy blond colour. Fresh, tropical, melon, it's off-dry, with mild bitterness. Good.
