Draft. A hazy deep red cider. The aroma is spicy - primarily cinnamon combined with notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with a light acidic edge with strong notes of spices as well as some apples. The body is thick.

Cask, Ship and Mitre, Liverpool. Dark reddish brown colour with a medium tan head. Sweet, perfumed nose with notes of stewed apple and sweaty socks. Taste was again quite sweet with notes of candy apple and spices. ABV pretty well masked. Some nice sourness towards the finish. Not like any cider I’ve tasted before. Interesting and enjoyable.

On tap. Pours a hazy orangey brown with no head. Tart vinegary nose with christmasy spices. Medium body, completely flat, again spicy accents. Astringent acetone tartness. Quite thrilling really. No fruit but apples - just spices. 190110
