Bottle at Bob's Bar during the "Meet Adam Avery!!" event on 10/27/2017, and beer #100 from this brewery. Hazy straw-orange color with a medium thick bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart citrus, oak, yeast and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of vinous oak, yeast, tart fruit and subtle bourbon. The finish is oaky with a slightly funky fruit and yeast aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong oak, brett, and nice funk. Thin mouthfeel with nice lacto, oak, and brett with nice light tart finish, very impressive.

Bottle from bu11zeye. Pours hazy amber with a thick cream beige head. Aroma is quite sour flowers and malt. Med body or nearly. Flavor is sour but the cab and oak are prominent. Quite red berry. Very sour, woody and pleasing. Rather mellow finish (for a sour!).

12 oz. bottle, acquired via an in-person trade with bvc (thanks Brandon), pours a murky brownish dark amber with a humungous off-white head that takes forever to recede. Aroma is complex, full of various barrel characteristics, especially the red and white wines, oak, quite a bit of funk from the brett, low vinegar and a light acidic quality. Flavour is intense and remarkably complex, at first revealing loads of the wine (red first, then white), oak, lots of brett which has had plenty of time to promulgate this beer, and some moderate acidity. I don't get any notes from the port or bourbon barrels - the wine and wild yeast essentially characterize this complex monster. Carbonation is very high, but more or less fitting. A very complex, slow sipper, that age has helped out I believe. Excellent stuff.

Bottle thanks to Ari. Pours a hazy amber with a light brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of tart fruits with a bit of wine and light backing funk. Flavor has a bit of mellow tartness with a good amount of wood and backing light grain.

Bottle: Poured a lightly reddish cloudy color ale with a large foamy head with good retention. Aroma consists of vinous notes with some lightly sweet port notes and a clear tart finish. Taste is a complex mix between some vinous notes with a subtle sweet undertones and a well balanced tart finish. Body was quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed and assembled with a balanced mix between the different flavors.
