Cask at the Halfway House, Edinburgh. Slightly sweet aroma, with citrus and cascade hops. Sweet-and-sour flavor, fruity, with citrus hops. Not a lot of bitterness, but it’s there in the finish. Decent malt character and a dry finish.

Cask by air pressure dispense at the amazing island bar at Abbortsford in Edinburgh. Nice lacework on the glass. Amber-copper body with brilliant clarity. Nice hopped aroma and taste added by dark fruits. Satisfying bitter endnotes [25.10.2008]
