Cask-conditioned at the Gardener’s Rest, Sheffield, 2/12/2014. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Easy drinking pale ale, with crisp malts, a touch of citrus fruit, and decent, bitter, finish. Good.

Cask. A light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and elderflowers as well as lighter notes of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and citrus fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the elderflower notes lingers.
