(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2010) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of fresh hops, grainy malt, orange and citrus peel. Fruity, malty, hoppy taste with orange peel, dried apricots and hints of pine needles. More than medium body, fairly sweet. Generous bitterness with lots of fresh hops. Refreshing and very nice.

On tap. Clear deep golden - bordering amber - with a small off-white head leaving some laces. The aroma is fruity with lots of caramel and some citrusy hops. Medium-bodied with a fairly high caramel sweetness overpowering most of the bitterness. 050810

Tap @ Lord Nelson. Pours amber, slightly hazy with a white head. Smells like bitter fruitcake. The taste is kind of bitter with a long aftertaste. Notes of flour, grapefruit, citrus. Medium bodied. Creamy texture. My first beer from Croocked Moon and a very good summer beer.

Draft. Unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, caramel, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit - peaches at first, but towards the end a strong overwhelming note of green apples attacks the palate, leading up to a lemony and hop bitter finish.

From tap at Nørrebro Bryghus. Pours hazy orange with a lacing and thick white head. Aroma is citrusy and mild grapefruity with a light grassy note. Classic common malty note too. Distinct hoppy and classic california common malt/yeast base. Bitter and bone dry finish. Atypical for the style, but nice.
