Cask. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of butter and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - mandarin, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - syruoy and sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100120]

Cask. Pours a clear pale amber golden with a small white head. Sweet fruit in the nose - fairly intense - with distinct alcohol. Very full body, intense sweet caramel and fruit with fat and juicy hops that don’t completely come through. 200110
