Taste of malts, dark cocolate, cherries, red currants, coffee, cocoa, tobacco, ashes and vanilla with maybe some tiny hints of cinnamon courtesy of autosuggestion. Slightly tangy and roasty. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. This is a strong and stout Doppelbock. Balanced, harmonious, complex and süffig. Brilliant.
