Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida appare velata. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano impressioni di miele, pane, cereali, erba e agrumi.

Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow/gold sporting a small but decent white head. Aroma of old apples and grains. Taste of grains, citrus fruits and old apples that were left for too long in a moldy basement. Low bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Barely manages to stay on the ok side of things but I wouldn’t bother again.

75cl bottle. Contract beer, made by IT00PSA00041L. Pours hazy blonde, kind of orange, with very fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, plus evident citrus. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with some interesting bitterness. Overall, not really interesting, though. Finish is average and with some bitterness.
