750 ml bottle shared by Fabio @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, brillante, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso note di mela verde, leggera stalla, terroso. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con chiusura secca, molto pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Molto buono.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is dry and slight herbal. Smooth fruity and juicy finish. More juicy in newer vintages.

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden yellow hued body with a large white head that fades quickly. Aromas are of baked apple pie, green apple skins, low sulfur, spice, grass, and sweet fruit. Medium sweet by aroma. Flavors are mostly dry, light phenols, sweet and lightly caramelized apple skins. Good tannin, light smokey and bandaid like chlorophenols in the background. Semi-dec. Very lively carbonation. Pretty nice overall.
