Cask. A red-brown beer with no head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of nuts and tobacco. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel combined with medium notes of malt and butterscotch and a touch of alcohol, leading to a dry caramel finish.

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2010. Black colour, ruby edges. Crunchie butter toffee aroma. Butterscotch. Horrible. I canโt drink it. The biggest diacetyl bomb Iโve ever come across.

Cask. Pours a dark brown - close to black - with an orange hue and a small off-white head. Nose is vaguely buttery first but then comes burned caramel, dried fruit and wood. Quite full-bodied, flat, raisins and woody notes with a warming alcohol finish. 180110
