Can from Cork & Cask. Black body with a thin beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of charred wood, coffee and caramel. Flavour of ash and blueberry. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid Porter that gives the impression of being bigger than its 5.0% ABV.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Cork & Cask. Pours deep brown with a fizzy, fading beige cream topping. Lightly sweet with subtle ashy roast, a bit of earth, burnt toast, peel and cocoa accents. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with further subdued roast, ash, earth, nips of leathery berries. Fine.
