Condensing the hops into a DIPA! For this delicious DIPA we have used a simple malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and dextrin malt for a soft profile to let the hops shine. Citra and Mosaic hops give us tropical fruits and delicious dankness, we then blended in Krush and Krush HyperBoost to optimise our tropical fruits. Krush is a very much loved trial hop here at Burnt Mil HQ, known as HBC 586 and we are thrilled that it is officially commercial!

Can from Eltham Wines. Nice nose of mango, papaya, passionfruit, pineapple, peach, spot of grapefruit nudging its way in. Fruitmungous mix of the above. Long linger of tropical fruits. I'm too classy to use the krushable pun. Nice mosaic of flavours, lightly hoppy finish .

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 14/02/2025.
Moderately hazed orange to golden topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is orange zest, faint stone fruit, guava, mandarin, melon, grass.
Taste comprises bitter orange, papaya, ripe melon, dank chimes, lychee, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Decent enough DIPA.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, smooth to start but, a good fine minerally crisp snap on the back end. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp pine into a wonderful smorgasbord of crisp stone fruits and tropical fruits with a light citric undertone. Modest modern Mosaic candy fruits on the back end along with a crisp and slightly hop spicy finish. Cracking bright and drinkable dipa from the singed millers.
