Draught @ Roppelt, Trossenfurt. On a slow friday afternoon. Pours clear Pale Yellow with a White head. Grainy, doughy and slight Metallic twang.
Slight diacetyl. Smooth. A shame with the potential of great beers they have.

Thanks fonefan! Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some herbal, grassy and mild bready and grainy tones. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal, some bready and mild crisp sweet malty tones. Nice herbal and grassy bitterness in the finish. Lovely Helles!

Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct floral noble hop aroma. Dry and slender with crisp mouthfeel. Crisp bread, clover, grass and summer flowers. Mid bitter finish. Gentle and pleasant.

0.5l bottle, huge thanks Ryan! Clear golden body, white head. Herbal, bit eggy and buttery aroma. Cream, lean, dry taste, bit honeyish, vaguely herbal, somehow juicy - quite drinkable though ending dry. A solid one!
