Play It Backwards is our rotating hop DDH pale ale brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked wheat and oat malt. This version was hopped in the kettle with HBC-1019 and Comet. Our conjuring DDH pale ale was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain, then dry hopped twice with HBC-1019, El Dorado, Talus and Comet.

Pale, almost greyish colour. Thick head. Bright floral character, some papaya, peach notes. A bit yeasty.

Nice mix of tropical fruits, juicy, a bit dank dank. Taste starts with explosion of tropical fruits, then it's becoming less prominent. Unique and nice.
