A golden pale ale with a well-rounded body and dry finish. Hopped with buckets of Citra to provide a topical fruit bouquet. Finally dry hopped to make it a real juice box.

Cask at Greyhound, Derby Pours a bright copper with minimal white head, but good lacing. A rather bland aroma, mainly of malts. In the mouth the main sensation is bitterness. There are both malt and hops vying for attention, with some hints of toffee and dark fruits. Finish is bitter and dry. Pleasant enough, but not very exciting.

Pours a clear coppery amber colour with a tiny loose off white head. A musty malt and bramble berry aroma. Sweet malt taste, a little toffee and twiggy hop flavour that carries though in a dry light bitter finish.
