Cask (handpump) @ Old Silk Mill, 19 Full Street, Derby, Derbyshire England DE1 3AF.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, lemon, grapfruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]

Cask, handpump at The Silkmill, Derby 30-01-10 in company of Loz, Simon (Haddonsman) my dad and Pauline Pours mid gold in colour with a thin white head and good clarity. Some light hops on the nose and a subtle but nonetheless hoppy presence in the mouth, light bitterness, excellent quaffing ale. A7 A4 F7 P4 Ov14 3.6
