Cask at Olde Dolphin, Derby. Pours a hazy golden orange with minimal white head. Malts and floral hops blend together in the aroma. The initial impression in the mouth, is sweet and fruity. Later analysis gives malts and marmalade with a trace of floral hops on a caramael base. Finish is sweet and fruity too. Nice – and very quaffable.
