Bouteille servie en accompagnement du menu estival - août des 'Crayfish'.
Couleur pâle sur léger voile, le col est épais bien tenace sur un léger blanc-cassé.
Arôme est délicat avec une approche classique dans les mals - petite note de grillé, toasté, léger céréales surfantsur un caractère de bitter anglaise. Parfumé houblonné noble cherchant un côté fleuri et délicatement fruité.
Palais reste sur une approche classique plutôt anglaise avec un malté cara pâle discret et rehaussé par une belle amertume que je qualifierai aussi de très anglaise - finement floral.

Bottle @ BA Folkis. Pours golden with a white head. Notes of elderberries, orange cest, and washing detergent bitterness. Well balanced, elegant and refreshing.

Bottle Very smooth malty brew with some floral hops. Probably the moast drinkable bottled EPA I’ve had, very cask like.

Bottle at B.A.R in December 2011. Dark golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grass, fruit and some light notes of bread. The same in the rather sweet taste. Easy to drink and rather refreshing. Descent stuff.
