Inspired by the Nectar Ale brewed by Kirkstall in 1920s and 1930s, this Honey Amber Ale is fragrant and moreish, using honey to boost the nutty, biscuity character of its complex malt bill.

Amber in colour, almost honey-like, opalescent with a thick, creamy head. Delicate, sweet floral honey, caramel, biscuits, and light citrus. The flavour is dry, caramel, with a hint of biscuits and a floral honey note, all permeated by citrus notes and topped off with a slight but noticeable herbal bitterness. Interesting, pleasantly drinkable.
