A rich and decadent Rolo-inspired milk stout. This beer is packed full of sweet chocolate and caramel flavours, with an underlying roast note from the base stout, that is tamed even more with the addition of Lactose.

Cask gravity at K&ES 2026. Black beer lasting beige head caramel aroma. Its a little sweet. But the caramel chocolate blend is lovely. I thought it was decent. Some good caramel flavour. Decent.

22/8/2025. Cask at the 46th Peterborough Beer Festival. Great pour. Aroma is toffee crunch, caramel, chocolate, honeycomb, lactose. Nice sweetness. Enjoyed this.

Cask at Ealing Beer Fest 25. Stygian. Thin foamy beige head. Aroma is full of chocolate. Yum! Flavourwise it's tangy with a big bitter cocoa streak. Underlying cream and malts. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft-average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Coco Pops with added malts.

Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, toffee, brown sugar coated, dried fruit rinds.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
