Cask (handpump) @ Falstaff, 74 Silver Hill Road, Derby, Derbyshire England DE23 6UJ.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]
