Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Keg at The Pear Tree. Hazy ruby/brown body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of caramel and pear. Flavour of wood and brown sugar. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Not particularly clean or pretty to look at. A middle-of-the-road Amber Ale.
