On tap at the brewery
Cloudy straw golden with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma and flavors were floral and light caramel
Mild throughout, clean.

A careful pour and it foams like crazy! It has a straw yellow colour with loads of bubbles rising to the top.
The smell is hoppy..mostly of grass and grapefruit.
The taste is grassy with some bitter grapefruit, earthy malt, and finishes decidedly on the dry side.
The mouthfeel is okay but could be better with a bit less carbonation.
Overall, a decent stab at the style but I do not know how old my bottles are as there’s no dating of any kind.
