Our Wyoming Witbier is a wheat based beer with a light cloudy color and medium body. It has a clean crisp profile with slight sweetness. The Witbier finishes with a hint of lemon, bold orange flavor and low bitterness. High carbonation and balanced citrus flavors make the Wyoming Witbier a great session beer.

A- very hazy lemon yellow, small head of foam, decent lacing.
S- Oranges, cloves, light banana..mostly orange citrus.
T- Oranges, light citrus, wheat, light cloves.
M- light body, medium carbonation, not a bad mouthfeel until the finish, where it gets watery.
O-pretty average example of the style but drinkable.
