I wonder if you know how they get down in Tokyo? We’ve been partying with our neighbors across the street at the Rice Factory to bring you this delicate Japanese Style Rice Lager. Showcasing Yumepirika rice from Hokkaido, the combination of ingredients boast snappy lemon zest with a sake like finish. You could say, “本当に美味しいで” most of the time we end up saying, “乾杯” (cheers!) Sharp crisp palate, dry medium full body. Big bitterness. The rice character isn’t overly apparent, and that doesn’t bother me. Super well balanced. Superb
