Cask. A golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of ginger and some cardemomme. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, cardemomme, and other spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Cask (handpump) @ Lamp Tavern, 157 Barford Street, Highgate, Birmingham, West Midlands England B5 6AH.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, overripped fruit, light to moderate hoppy, mandarin, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100116]
