Our Oyster Stout gives off a creamy body, giving it a nice and smooth mouth-feel. We used Rappahannock Oysters, because of its sweet and smooth flavor profile to match the body of the beer. Rapp's are also some of the least salty oysters in which case gives off just slight hints of brine at the back end of the beer.

Draft: Poured a black with a khaki colored head. Aroma is roasted malts, smokey, Band-Aid medicinal. Taste is malty, chocolate, salty, biscuit.
