This saison was brewed with malt from Troubadour Maltings and aged for a year in an Oak Foeder. Re-fermented with Pinot Noir must from Willamette Valley in Oregon. Notes of ripe berries and jam are the focal point for this wild saison.

The Buechel OGs raid the GABF 2023: Poured a pink amber with a white head. Aroma is oak, pungent, fruity, vinous. Taste is oaky woods, vinous, fruity, grape, funky.
