Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, dark golden beer with a white head. Malty nose, some caramel and fruits, but mostly malty. Sweet flavor, yet quite dry in the mouth, good bitterness. Some caramel and grassy, spicy hops. Full body. Quite bitter in the finish, with an underlying sweetness. A decent heller bock. 100813

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a minimal off-white foamy head. Sweet and bready cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits, dough and traces of alcohol. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Bready and slightly doughy malty taste; sweet and malt-accented finish with light hoppy notes and a good alcohol management. Decent Bock (06.I.09).

Bottle: Copper coloured, quite stable fluffy lacy beige head; caramelly-fruity (almonds, dried fruits) nose with a distinctive toasted background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour; nutty-bitter finish with some fruity traces. Decent Bock, tastes a bit like a "thin" Doppelbock..........

Bottle, 6.5%. Asparagus aroma, some malt and pepper. Clear copper colour, almost no head. The flavour has a little caramelly maltiness, and a little pepper. Thin mouthfeel. Quite boring for style.
