We took our Quad and shot all kinds of flavor in it! This complex beer starts with a slightly sweet aroma with waves of oakiness. Bourbon smacks ya in the face but with a touch of smokiness and finishes with a hint of dark cherry. Perfect holiday sipper for the cooler weather.

Draft: Poured a dark cherry with a bubble beige head. Aroma is dark fruity, boozy, yeast. Taste is chewy, dark fruits, smoke, boozy, alcohol, black cherry.
