Wait...what? A Czech-Style Half-Dark Lager...aka, a Czech Amber Lager!
So...the name? Polotmavý = “half dark” (ie, a lighter version of a Czech Dark...or “tmavý”...Lager)!
So...why is 12° on the label? The starting gravity in Plato degree (typically displayed on Czech beer labels) for an Amber is usually 12° P!
So...what should I expect? A super-sippable, malt-forward Lager with sweet notes of graham crackers. A perfect option for finishing the day with friend by the fire pits.
