Born out of a mistake in which we accidentally received Toasted Buckwheat instead of the puffed Jasmine Rice we ordered, we decided to improvise. Inspired by a delicious Bon Apetit recipe we were familiar with, Salty Buckwheat Chocolate Chunk Cookies, this Brown Ale came to be!

Draft: Poured a deep brown with an off-white head. Aroma malty, light chocolate. Taste is rich malty, chocolate.
