Our house English stout brings a dark roasty mild coffee flavour owing to the use of roasted barley and amber malt in the brew. The addition of flaked barley lends a moderately full mouthfeel and aids head retention. Hopped with traditional English varieties. A genuine treat from the heart of darkness!

Half pint from the cask at the brewpub. Pours black with a white head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate & malt. Medium body. Smooth dry finish

Cask, half pint. @Angel Brewpub, Nottingham (England). 10/10/2024 [#7.861 Global - #954 England - #1 Angel Microbrewery (My english brewery #296)] Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma: roasted malts, dried fruits and chocolate. Taste: chocolate malts, toffee and burnt caramel. Medium bodied. Next one, please!
