Clear, golden colored, small white head, not too lasting. Aroma is of some malt, bit biscuit, fruity estery. Taste is medium sweet malt and biscuit, some hay and lighter citrus, fruity esters, some yeast, light+ bitterness. Light-medium bodied, soft carbonation. (cask, Wellington Arms, Bedford)

Bright golden ale with a disappointingly thin head. Has a mild fruity character with very little bitterness. Easy to drink session stuff. Its nose has an orange citrus if you inspect hard enough.

Bottle drank at home - 05/08/12. Pours to a slightly obscured golden colour and the small white head soon vanishes. Smells of English hops - earthy maybe a little lemony. Dry mouthfeel with a yeasty flavour, again a little citrus taste, hops and malt. Dryish to sweet finish. Average beer.

Cask. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild malts, fruity and quite nectary. Flavour is mild floral and fruity notes along with some malty notes. Rather standard golden ale.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Some microfloaties. Chalky nose, rather unpleasant, with some fruityness. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, but that’s also the only good part of it. It’s rather unclean, with a fruity touch. Medium body. Fruity finish with an unpleasant touch. Good bitterness. Off, not worth drinking. 100814
