RBESG 2010, draught/cask at Brasserie 4:20
Cloudy light amber color; sparse bubbles. The aroma is very pervasive; sharply minty in the beginning; then a very green grapefruit appears. Good mouthfeel, less sweet than the previous version, also more astringent and dry; the late flavor becomes grassy, and with a lot of citrus fruit peels, with their characteristic bitterness. Very good, but less that the one made with Girardin.

4th June 2010 - On tap at Brasserie 4:20. Cloudy amber beer. Light off white head. Typical Nelson Sauvin blackcurrant nose. Dry palate. Sour and lemony - struggling to find the hops in there. I nearly always struggle with sour beers, no exception here.
