A medium bodied golden bitter, lightly hopped. Brewed with pure Cheshire honey, which adds a luscious silkiness to a fine beer.

Half pint on cask. Dark amber body under a very low head. Bright caramel quality in aroma. Flavour has got a dash of honeyed softness and light honeyed malt (well kept at The Rosary Tavern in Norwich, 25.09.2006).

Cask at GBBF 2006. Amber, bubbly beige head. Slight honey on yeasty aroma. OK in mouth. Some nice malt. Honeyish finish. Not much of a finish really though, some honey sweetness that is ok. Yeasty aroma detracts from the rest.

Sampled cask conditioned at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, Sweden.
Beautiful clear reddish amber appearance. Odd compost heap aroma. Sweet and light bodied with plastic mouthfeel, low hop rate and notes of old prunes in the finish. These flavours does not impress me.
