A medium bodied golden bitter, lightly hopped. Brewed with pure Cheshire honey, which adds a luscious silkiness to a fine beer.

Amber gold with a frothy white head and a soft sweet malt aroma. Big honey sweetness up front, with chewy malt, some floral hop bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2015. Amber / copper coloured pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is unrefined sugars, burnt toffee, honey, earthy, brambles. Flavour is composed of tangy earthy honey, green apple, nutty grains, quite sweet. But stale. Palate is medium sweet, dry grains, tangy moderate carbonation. Honey munch cereal.

Cask handpump at The Norfolk, Colchester. A dull brown colour, minimal head. Not overpowering on the honey front, but its there, along with hint of caramel. Not great, but OK (have had much better from this brewer in the past).

Cask. Pours a clear pale amber with an off-white head. Lightly sweet caramel aroma. Thin and watery, light nut and fruit accents - perhaps a whiff of smoke? No bitterness. I don’t any beer gets thinner than this. 190110
