Draught at Sct. Clemens, Århus, 5.5% ABV
Cloudy blond-honey color; small head. The aroma is light, but with a pleasant malt and honey, light cereals too, fresh wood sap, yellow dandelion flowers; biscuity. The body is quite lean, the mouthfeel is dry; the honey flavor is just a pale shade, there is some fresh wood, a flowery tone, and very light yeast. The final is decently bitter, but the structure is weak. A bit strange, but not bad.

On tap. Pours an almost clear deep golden with an off-white head. The nose is spicy and not particularly honey-like - smells more like oregano! Medium body, malty, light honey accents, again spices but also an underlying light tartness - could be some acetic acid indicating a lurking infection. Finishes dry. 040810

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of strong notes of spices - heather and flowers, as well as medium notes of malt, and hints of phenol. The flavor is sweet with notes of perfume, malt, caramel, honey, and a bit of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.
