Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, coriander, wheat malt and hops.

Light yellow beer with a medium and white head. Aroma is not very fresh, wheat, spicyness and some lemon. Taste is simple, wheat, some spicyness and biting. Medium bodied and nice to drink. Not very succesfull beer, hefe’s refreshning feeling and fruitfull freshness are missing.

Draught (Bruuveri, Helsinki) - Hazy golden with a white head. Banana, yeast and a hint of spice in the aroma. Tangy and yeasty taste with notes of banana, lemon and spice in the finish. Nothing outstanding, but enjoyable enough.

Draught@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, some mild spices and herbs. Flavour is wheat, caramel malts, some herbs, fruity and mild spicyness as well.

Draught @ Panimoravintola Bruuveri, Fredrikinkatu 36 AB, Helsinki, Finland 00100.Alc. 5.7%. Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, rubber, banana, yeast. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, rubber. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100630]

Draught @Bruuveri. Poured hazy orangelike color with a nice white head. Aroma is banana and wheat. The flavour is typical banana and wheat, but I found the beer to be surprisingly bitter. Finish is dry and bit hoppy. Quite refreshing, but I didn´t like the bitter finish.

(5.7 % version - draught at Bruuveri) Poured pale orange and cloudy. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma was fruity and sweet. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, hops, citricness, grapefruit and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter.

Draught@SOPP. Slightly hazy orange color, small white head. Plastic, bubble gum aroma, a bit wheaty. Quite sour, citrusy and wheaty flavor with coriander or some other spice. Peppery aftertaste. Strange hefeweizen. Should be in condition ...
