Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing yellow head. The aroma has notes of straw and lemons, as well as hints of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and bananas, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Got this at the Alko Wiklund in Turku (right now the biggest one since the one on Places is being renovated or something like that). Shared with ogivlado. Murky yellow body, small white head. Slightly sourish banana nose. Slightly sourish notes of banana show up in the taste too with some cloves. The acidity seems perfectly balanced, and whether this was intenional or not I don’t care because it ended up being remarkably good. Well done brewery or well done bacteria. In any case, better than I expected.

33 cl bottle @ Olutravintola Konttori. Rated on 11.06.2011
Aroma is rather floury with wheat and some banana esthers. Flavour is floury and dryish with banana, wheat and some yeast. Way too floury and a bit harsh too.

Draught @ Oluthuone Leskinen as ”Saimaan Vehnä”. Rated on 06.08.2010
Aroma is a bit sourish with grapefruit and earthy notes. Flavour is sour with earthy notes, some lactic acid, grapefruit, wheat and yeasty notes. The sourness is most likely not intentional, but fits here nicely! 6+4+7+3+15=3.4
