Aroma is sourish and stale and actually feels like sweaty sportsgear forgotten to a closet. Flavour is also sour and stale with berries, some ash and smoky notes. Feels like a somewhat contaminated dunkler bock – the smoke is just in the background.

Clear amber color, small white head. Light malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramelly, malty, raisiny, late woody hoppyness. A bit glueish, can’t trace smoke. Dissapointment from Hollola.

Draught @ SOPP Lahti Festival 2010. [ As Hollolan Hirvi Kivipukki-Steinbock ].Alc. 6.5%. Light unclear medium to dark amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sugar, light to moderate yersty, herbs. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spices, hops, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100701]

Draught@SOPP Lahti 2010. Amber colour, small white bubbly head. Aroma is fruits, malts, some earth, mild notes of herbs. Flavour is fruits, sweet malts, some yeastyness as well as mild alcohol.

(Draught at Pikkulintu) Poured deep reddish brown and quite cloudy. Head was small and white. Aroma was malty and sweet. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, mild roastedness, some smoke and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter.
