75cl. Dark amber in the glass, cider-typical aroma. The cider starts mild, slightly sweet, but aromatic. The mainpart is dominated by the cider typical tartness of the apples, not too sweet, highly drinkable. At the end the cider becomes a bit more tart, not really sour, but nice harmonising with the sweetness of this doux cidre. The aftertaste is long, cider-typical, full bodied and well balanced.
-- Nice cidre doux. Aromatic, typical tart and not too sweet! --> 11/13/12/11

Corked bottle, from G20 in Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte, Paris
Deep blond color; no head retention, thin perlage. Just a mild apple juice with a trace of acidity besides the medium sweetness; very light sweet hazelnuts. Not interesting.
