Cask at the Olde Trout Tavern, Southend-on-Sea on 23rd December 2013. Clear copper with thin white head and plenty of lacing. Richly malty, sweetish aroma. Malt dominates the in-mouth stage with touches of nuttiness. Fruity tang late, with a delicately bitter note emerging in the finish. All-round session ale.
